Ice cream social

 
PTA would like to sponsor an ice cream social on August 18th from 5:30-7pm in the school courtyard for all Garfield families following the "Meet the Teachers" night.  It will be an informal gathering as a welcome back to school.
 
Below is a list of donations we are looking for to support the ice cream social.  Please respond to Staci Weingartner at staciweingartner@hotmail.com if you are able to donate any of the supplies or are able to assist serving.

gallon vanilla ice cream (approx $7 gallon)
chocolate syrup (approx $2 bottle)
caramel syrup (approx $2 bottle)
whipped cream (approx $2 bottle)
strawberry topping (approx $2 bottle)
styrofoam cups
napkins 
spoons
oreo cookies (approx $2 bag)
root beer (option for individuals who prefer a root beer float)
